Ronan is our CEO and oversees the day-to-day operations across the international Ardmac team. He makes the high level decisions about policy and strategy and is a key driver of change within Ardmac, motivating employees and advising the BoD. Despite a busy operational schedule, Ronan stays close to on-going projects and makes time to support clients and project teams or to help out with any issues or queries.
Roy has extensive expertise in international construction management with over 30 years’ working within the industry. Roy leads a dedicated team of professionals in the Pre-Contracts and Business Development Division of Ardmac. He is noted for his ability to build high performing teams, with a client-focused, pro-active and practical approach to business. He has adept knowledge of the building process, seeking to understand clients’ specific needs, in order to add value to their projects. Taking a pragmatic approach, he is actively involved in defining the long-term strategic goals and services offered by Ardmac.
As a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Builder with over 30 years’ experience in the Irish and UK construction industries, Alan has delivered a variety of projects which include the award winning Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin. These projects coupled with his many years’ experience have given him an intimate knowledge of our business, enabling him to provide a high level of service to all Ardmac clients.
As Commercial Director, Donal has a wealth of experience from the project feasibility stage through to final accounts, across a wide range of project types and all sectors. The majority of his time is spent in support of our teams in the UK and Benelux, helping ensure that our clients get all the resources and support needed throughout the project.
Colm is one of the longest serving members of the Ardmac team. He has extensive Cleanroom and Data Centre experience having assembled and led project delivery teams, not only in Ireland but further across Europe and into Asia. Colm’s professional yet personable nature, along with his dedication to each and every job has enabled him to build very strong client relationships across the industry.
Managing Director, UK
Andrew leads the day-to-day operations of the UK Commercial and Retail division. With over 30 years’ experience in construction management, Andrew is noted for his ability to build high performing teams with a customer focused, pro-active and practical approach to business for blue-chip clients such as EY, British Telecom, Jaguar Land Rover and Twitter.
Cormac is responsible for directing the commercial activities for Ardmac - from feasibility to final account - in Ireland, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland and other overseas jurisdictions. With over 26 years in construction, Cormac has a wealth of experience in the commercial, industrial and technology sectors of the industry, delivering on projects in value from €0.1M to over €30M.
Chris is a qualified engineer with a degree from Trinity University and has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. He brings a wealth of in-depth industry knowledge and has a strong track record of success with his former senior leadership roles within major construction organisations. He was given the responsibility for both commercial and construction management of several high profile and important projects in the public and private sector.
Director of SHEQ
Director of Safety, Health Environment and Quality (SHEQ), Diarmaid is a Chartered Safety Practitioner with extensive Irish, UK and International industry experience, across a wide range of projects and sectors. As head of the Ardmac safety, health, environment and quality department, he has led the development and implementation of our class leading Integrated Management System throughout the Group.
Human Resource Manager
In her position as group HR Manager, Debbie deals with a range of activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, as well as working closely with the senior management team. Her personable and approachable nature ensures that each and every employee is made to feel welcome from their very first day.
Regional Business Manager
Based in the Manchester office, Mark is responsible for our UK Technology business, but has travelled as far afield as Singapore with our customers. Mark’s extensive experience and knowledge in the construction of cleanrooms along with his commitment to the task at hand, continuously results in him surpassing our clients expectations.
Darren Newlove Hill
Business Development Director
Darren plays a significant role in our Northwest UK based operations. In his position as Business Development Director, Darren is responsible for procuring new opportunities and the company’s business development efforts within the retail and commercial markets in the UK, where he has many years’ experience.
Ian joined Ardmac as Financial Director in 2016. Ian is a commercially focused chartered accountant with over 13 years’ experience with strong corporate finance experience specialising in restructuring and refinancing, acquisitions and business sales across industries such as contracting, healthcare, leisure, retail and distribution. Ian is responsible for the management of the entire finance function including accounting, treasury, financial planning, budgeting and financial reporting.
Through managing and coordinating all aspects of the Manchester regional business, John ensures that Ardmac consistently deliver high quality projects by always putting the client’s needs first. Working with a variety of high profile clients across the UK, John has an unrivalled understanding of the commercial fit out and refurbishment sector.
With a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, Graeme’s extensive knowledge of Cleanroom Construction has resulted in him working closely with numerous high profile clients across the Life Sciences sector. He is highly skilled at managing and understanding client budgets and ensures client value for money at all times.
Senior Contracts Manager
Iain brings a wealth of experience in delivering Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects, with over 15 years direct experience of working in the Commercial arena for clients such as Deloitte and Ernst Young. His passion for his job is evident in the high standard of projects he continually delivers across the UK.
Stephen has built strong relationships with Ardmac clients, with his experience covering a variety of industry sectors with a client portfolio ranging in scale and size from Rock School Music Kids in BIMM to the Chairman of Vodafone's personal office and boardroom space. His high level of knowledge of the fitout and refurbishment market enables him to deal with the most complex of challenges and unique client requirements.
Senior Project Manager
Serge plays an important role in increasing Ardmac’s presence in the Benelux region and building up relationships with local clients. With over 35 years of local and international experience in the construction industry, the last 12 of which have been dedicated entirely to the local pharmaceutical industry, Serge brings a wealth of knowledge to the highly skilled Belgium team.
Amanda operates from our Manchester office and has been involved in a wide range of projects, ranging from healthcare to education and commercial fit-outs. With a keen eye for detail, she takes pride in the preparation of bids and suggesting value engineered options, providing cost effective solutions for clients.
With over 25 years’ experience as a purchaser, Scott is responsible for the overall management of the purchasing function for our UK business activities, which includes liaison with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. His friendly, helpful nature has been an asset to Ardmac in nurturing numerous relationships with an ever expanding supply chain.
Linda is responsible for the digital and traditional marketing functions at Ardmac, supporting the C-Level executives and business development teams in Ireland and Europe. Linda is B2B Marketing Communications professional with over 20 years international experience in various lines of businesses ranging from government relations, construction services and pharmaceutical, in delivering effective internal and external marketing campaigns

With over 30 years in the the UK construction industry, Jeremy brings a wealth of commercial acumen to the Ardmac Pre-Contracts team. Jeremy has developed an excellent knowledge and ability to deliver projects on time and on budget, providing him with a full appreciation of the ‘cradle to grave’ construction process.

Shane is a highly regarded Project Manager having received a CIOB Silver Medal Project Manager of the Year Award. With decades of experience, Shane brings a professional service that uses specialised, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end. He has vast experience in efficiently delivering prestigious Cat A & Cat B fit-out projects throughout the UK. .
Clive is responsible for Ardmac's UK commercial fit-out team. He has over 36 years’ experience in the construction industry, working for clients in both the public and private sector, delivering projects across a wide range of building types and sizes, including new build, fit-out and refurbishment.
