With unrivalled 360 degree panoramic views across Manchester in the Neo Building, it was imperative that the new offices and showroom matched the exceptional work space environments that Penketh creates for its clients

As experts in creating bespoke office environments, providing furniture, audio visuals and interiors, Penketh Group was originally commissioned to design and create the collaborative shared spaces within the Neo Building. The company felt the scheme was a perfect fit with its own ethos and made the decision to move in, appointing Ardmac to deliver a sleek and sophisticated fit-out that mirrors the company’s ethos. From the bespoke joinery, custom canteen and varying work space environments to suit all types of employees.

Ardmac transformed the 8th floor into Manchester’s first Worklife Showroom. The themed areas give Penketh’s clients a real feel for the latest in workplace design solutions, newest trends in work space furniture and technology development for a more improved collaborative environment or flexible working.

Mark Penketh, MD of Penketh Group said,”We wanted to work with a fit-out company who are well established and would provide us with a high specification finish. Ardmac fitted the brief perfectly. They have a very experienced and professional team with a track record of delivering projects on time.”

John Prendergast, Ardmac commented, “Ardmac pride ourselves on a reputation of delivering exceptional quality interior work spaces to the commercial, retail, education, health and industrial sectors – on time and on budget. We are delighted with Penketh’s new home – an innovative space that embodies their deep passion for ‘creating work spaces that engage and inspire’.”
