Ardmac completed the Cat A fit-out from basement to the eighth floor, including the ground floor reception area to create a new business lounge , hub and social working space of Bauhaus in Manchester city centre.

Ardmac worked in collaboration with Project Managers – Quartz, Architects – Space Invader and M&E Consultants – WSP to transform the interior of Bauhaus.

Each self-contained open plan floor incorporates part exposed ceilings, LED lighting and new WC’s. The project also included a fit out in part to the marketing suite floor.

The building’s exterior has undergone enhancements to provide Bauhaus with a new contemporary look, new cycle storage and changing facilities in the basement.

The occupier-focused refurbishment project was shortlisted for an Insider Property award in 2019.
