Ardmac launched a bespoke BBLP leadership program – Building Better Leaders Program (BBLP) in conjunction with Trinity College Dublin.
This was a major investment into the management team and the objective of the BBLP leadership programme was to:
- Develop leaders in business, people and strategic leadership capabilities to enable greater delivery and impact in their current roles.
- Make a positive impact on the organisational culture for better performance and output.
- Provide leadership candidates for succession planning purposes within Ardmac.
Modules were run on Business Excellence, Strategy, Financial Reporting, People Development and Personal Effectiveness, each delivered in separate sessions throughout the duration of the program.
Entry to the BBLP leadership program was by application and selection and as part of a team all attendees worked on a key business project. On Friday June 15th, these projects were presented to the Ardmac team of Directors and members of the Trinity Business School.
All participants received an Executive Development Certificate from Trinity College Dublin and were inducted into the Trinity Business School alumni network.
