22nd January 2019, Dublin: Ardmac, the leading international construction specialist, has been awarded the contract to commercially fit out a major extension to the Dublin headquarters of DCC plc, the leading international sales, marketing and support services group.
The 700m² extension to DCC plc’s Head Office, based at Leopardstown on Dublin’s south side, will include the conversion of the existing transport centre garage into new office space, along with the provision of a new first floor extension, complete with a glazed corridor at roof level linking DCC plc’s current first floor offices to the new extension. The project began in November 2018 and will be completed in a live environment, with handover expected to take place in July 2019.
