Ardmac have been shortlisted for Fingal Dublin Chamber CSR & Business Excellence awards in the ‘Development of People’ category. The annual awards will this year be held on the 9th November with MC Marty Whelan and recognises the work of companies within the Fingal Dublin Chamber region for their accomplishments in business excellence and Corporate Social Responsibility.
This is the first time Ardmac have entered the awards and we are looking forward to the awards night! Our team is shortlisted for the CSR award for their work on employee engagement and branding their employee vision in line with their guiding principles.
The team went through a series of workshops and employee engagement initiatives to develop their approach into a full program of activity, underpinned by the needs of the employees and the wants of the business. As a result, our team were shortlisted for the CSR award.
