Global Bio Pharmaceutical Company, Dublin

A global bio pharmaceutical company, wanted an environment that supported its innovative and collaborative working culture. The new space in Riverside, Citywest was to become the workplace home of the team overseeing the sale, supply, distribution, and marketing of the company’s licensed products in Ireland.

The project involved strip out of two floors of the existing Riverwalk Building and a complete re-fit of mechanical & electrical services, install of system partitions, ceilings, floor coverings, decorations and a fully operational canteen within the adjoining atrium.

The scope included works to the existing services including ventilation systems, water services, heating and plumbing along with electrical works including lighting, data, comms, access control and security along with installations of IT and AV.

The works were completed within an operational building were minimal disruption was caused to the adjacent businesses.

Ardmac successfully completed the office space on time and moved the staff in as planned.
