Ceiling Supported

Suspended Modular Hot Aisle Containment

01

Structural ceiling grids support the containment modules and integrated services.

03

Light weight suspended modular aisles are
made to measure following
a DfMA process.

05

Modules are scalable and available
in a range of architectural finishes
and materials.

02

Pre-fabricated door sets and bespoke ironmongery arrangements provide access control to aisles.

04

Each pre-fabricated HAC module is made-to-measure, to align with our clients rack layouts and heights.

06

DfMA and made to measure components create options for ‘flat-pack’ delivery for projects with logistics challenges.

Ground Supported

Structural Freestanding, Modular Hot Aisle Containment

01

Multiple pre-fabricated steel frame modular HAC bays are erected on steel columns, transferring loading into the floor slab and creating opportunity to utilise a more light weight building frame.

03

Pre-fabricated door sets and bespoke ironmongery arrangements provide access control to aisles.

05

The pre-fabricated HAC modules are designed to align with our clients rack layouts and heights, providing seamless integration of racks.

02

The freestanding HAC structure is designed to meet service loading requirements and can be scaled to satisfy project and server dimensions, guaranteeing quality for the controlled environment.

04

Cantilevered support arms can be
installed to support busbar and other
integrated services.

06

Products can be manufactured off-site
and in ‘flat-pack’ for ease of transport
and rapid assembly.

Cold Aisle Module

Ceiling suspended, structural cold aisle assembly

01

Pre-fabricated cold aisle modules include structural ceiling grids

03

Modules include service support beams installed to support busbar and other integrated services which can be pre-fitted off-site.

05

Pre-fabricated door sets and bespoke ironmongery arrangements provide access control to hot aisles.

02

Reduces working at height an on-site labour, creating a safer working environment.

04

Structurally designed to support service loads and is made-to-measure, to align with our clients rack layouts and heights.  The design provides seamless integration of servers, guaranteeing quality for the controlled environment.

06

Off-site service integration reduces install time and positively impacts the project schedule.
