Multiple pre-fabricated steel frame modular HAC bays are erected on steel columns, transferring loading into the floor slab and creating opportunity to utilise a more light weight building frame.

Pre-fabricated door sets and bespoke ironmongery arrangements provide access control to aisles.

The pre-fabricated HAC modules are designed to align with our clients rack layouts and heights, providing seamless integration of racks.
