Ardmac have been awarded the contract to fit out the 5th floor of 1 City Walk, Leeds on behalf of Aviva Investors. Aviva Investors is an asset management company and is part of the Aviva group.
The City walk contract award is a fit out Cat A. Ardmac will be working with Project Managers Knight Frank and the project is due to start onsite end of July 2018.
City Walk in Leeds is in the Yorkshire and The Humber region of England. The postcode is within the Beeston & Holbeck ward/electoral division, which is in the constituency of Leeds Central. Leeds has a population of 781,700, making it technically the second largest city in England by population behind Birmingham.
Ardmac’s Manchester team will complete the fit out contract from July with a construction period of 8 weeks.
