Ardmac are currently undertaking refurbishment works on the 215,000 sq. foot Sunlight House on Manchester’s Quay Street, incorporating the comprehensive remodelling of the building’s reception, upgrading of public realm areas and the Cat A refurbishment of the 13th floor.
The project will create a new double-height reception space, a retail unit, and a café, alongside meeting areas. The building already has a Bannatyne health club and spa on site.
Paul Crowe of Savills (joint agents with Colliers on Sunlight House) said, “The significant capital expenditure at Sunlight House by Aberdeen Standard Investments has ensured this impeccably restored historic property has a bright future as a hub of high quality office space. The planned reception works will take it to the next level and further enhance the building’s appeal to professional occupiers seeking city centre space.”
Andrew Winstanley, MD Ardmac commented, “We are delighted to once again be working alongside both Savills and SpaceInvader on this prestigious scheme which is an excellent addition to our portfolio of projects within the city centre.”
