We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the contract to deliver the refurbishment of Bauhaus, Manchester on behalf of Orchard Street Investment Management.
Working alongside Project Managers, Quartz, Architects, Space Invader Design and Services Consultants WSP, the fit out project at Bauhaus will incorporate the Cat A fit-out of four floors along with the opening of the ground floor reception area to create a new cafe, hub and social working space and the replacement of plant to the entire 50,000 sq ft building.
Located on Quay Street, Bauhaus is an impressive Grade A office building which will be transformed to provide creative, functional space for modern working. With stylish new facilities on each floor, a welcoming new reception area and a bespoke cycle hub, Bauhaus aims to offer a new approach to working.
The ground floor social hub fit out at Bauhaus will provide ample scope for informal meetings and secluded work areas, away from the main working space.
