Ardmac’s first group of graduates and trainees completed their Leadership Development programme last week. This programme is specifically designed to assist them in making the transition into management positions as they progress their careers within Ardmac

Our graduates and trainees presented their learnings to Ardmac’s Director of HR Yvonne O’Sullivan, Technical Training Manager Patrick Matthews, Managing Director of Operations Jason Casey and Chief Operations Officer Alan Coakley. Well done to all who took part in the course, for your hard work and sharing of learning and experiences throughout the programme.
