ardmac cycle for hope 2025

Join us on October 5th, 2025 for the 5th annual Cycle for Hope. This special day brings us together to ride for two vital causes making a difference in people’s lives across our communities and industry.

This year, the funds will go to:

  • Pieta who provides free, professional services to people at risk of suicide and those engaging in self-harm, as well as support for those bereaved by suicide.

  • Lighthouse Charity who offers practical, emotional, and financial support to those impacted by stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and other challenges within the construction sector.

By cycling, donating, or sponsoring, you will be helping these much-needed charities continue their life-changing work.

Corporate Sponsorship

In the past 4 years, we’ve proudly pedalled in support of Pieta, raising vital funds for their suicide prevention and mental health services. These are causes close to our hearts, especially within the construction industry, where mental health challenges are often faced in silence. Together, we can help break that silence.

In 2025, all funds raised will go to Pieta and Lighthouse Charity – supporting mental health, suicide prevention, addiction recovery, and practical help for thousands of construction workers and their families.

Become a sponsor today and be part of an event that brings our industry together for a powerful cause.

ardmac cycle for hope

At Ardmac, Safety Comes First – in everything we do, for everyone around us, and wherever we make an impact.

While we’re all aware of the physical risks in construction, it’s vital to also acknowledge the dangers we can’t see. Mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, and suicidal thoughts are just as serious as any on-site hazard.

Over the past number of years, the construction industry has seen a growing number of individuals affected by mental health issues. That’s why Ardmac continues to support charities that provide critical mental health services to those in need.

This year, we are proud to support Pieta House and The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity – both of which offer free, professional, one-to-one therapeutic services for people in suicidal distress, those who self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide. No referral is needed, and all services are provided at no cost.

The Lighthouse Charity, in particular, is dedicated to the emotional, physical, and financial well-being of construction workers and their families across Ireland and the UK. You can learn more about their incredible work at lighthousecharity.org.
