Jason Casey joined Ardmac in 2006 and has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth, progressing through a number of senior leadership roles to become Group Deputy CEO.
With extensive experience across construction, design, manufacturing and specialist project delivery, Jason brings a strong track record in leading complex businesses, building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across multiple sectors and geographies.
Recognised for his focus on operational excellence and business performance, Jason combines strategic leadership with deep delivery expertise. He plays a key role in shaping Ardmac’s growth strategy, strengthening regional leadership, improving governance and supporting the development of a more scalable and integrated operating model across the wider Purever Group.
Jason has also been a driving force behind Ardmac’s Lean Construction journey, championing innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration and a strong safety and quality culture across the business.
Jason is a Director of Lean Construction Ireland and a Chartered Construction Manager. As Deputy CEO, he is focused on supporting Ardmac’s next phase of growth and helping build a stronger, more connected and high-performing business for the future.
