Ardmac are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the contract to deliver the refurbishment of Building 3, Exchange Quay on behalf of Hunter Real Estate.
Working alongside Project Managers, Paragon, 74 Architects and Services Consultants Charles Andrews, the project will incorporate the Cat A fit-out of the reception and all office areas, modifications to the M&E services and new glazing and doors to the main entrance.
