Ardmac has presented a cheque for 22,000 euro to suicide prevention charity Pieta House. The monies were fundraised following the Darkness into Light campaign in May 2019. Over 100 Ardmac employees participated in Darkness into Light events across Europe to fundraise for Pieta House. Ardmac’s team based in Amsterdam took it a step further by arranging their own dedicated walk in the local town of Hoorn where Ardmac are currently completing a Data Centre project.
Ardmac led a team of contractors locally in organising the 5k walk in Hoorn to fundraise for Pieta House, one of Ardmac’s nominated charities for 2019. Ardmac supported the walk as part of their Sky Blue CSR approach, promoting mental health awareness. Local charity partner organisation 113 also attended the cheque presentation to mark the funds raised by the team.
