Ardmac are delighted to have secured the prestigious Cat B fit-out of Number One Kirkstall Forge project on behalf of Zenith Vehicle Contracts. Zenith Vehicle Contracts are the UK’s leading independent leasing, vehicle outsourcing and fleet management provider.
Working in partnership with the Professional Team including Project Managers, Fox Lloyd Jones, Architects, SpaceInvader and Mechanical & Electrical Consultants BSAP, the scheme, awarded to Ardmac , will provide a new head office space for Zenith at the newly built Kirkstall Forge development in Leeds.
Working across four floors totalling 60,000 sq ft, the project will incorporate the installation of high quality bespoke joinery, custom made lighting, feature flooring and ceilings and the development of a roof level meeting room suite.

The £400m Kirkstall Forge scheme promises to deliver 1,050 homes, 300,000 sq ft of offices and 100,000 sq ft of retail, leisure and community space at Kirkstall Forge, which is one of the oldest industrial sites in Europe.
