Last year, thousands of families in communities in need across Ireland and the UK celebrated Christmas with the help of schools, businesses, and support organisations.

Each year the Ardmac team support in various charities within the communities in which they operate.

In Dublin, each year Ardmac have contributed to the St Vincent de Paul’s (SVP) Giving Tree. This initiative gives the public, whether through the company, school or group, an opportunity to donate a toy or gift to local children. The gifts are then distributed by the SVP to families in the weeks leading up to Christmas.

Speaking about this years’ donation, Ardmac’s Managing Director, Roy Millar, paid tribute to both the charity and the Ardmac team:

We are proud to continue our support for The Giving Tree partnership with the Society of St Vincent de Paul. This is such a worthwhile project, which encompasses the true meaning of Christmas – helping others and reaching out to those who are struggling in difficult times. Our team are generous throughout the year but at Christmas, we are especially keen to offer support to those who need a little extra help.”

Well done to all the Ardmac team in Manchester that took part in the Key 103 Mission Christmas, a very worthy cause with that delivered toys to disadvantaged children throughout Manchester.

Jay Seville of Key 103FM, recognised the Ardmac team for all their donations saying “I just wanted to thank you and your colleagues for the incredible donation of toys and gifts from Ardmac which arrived with us at Mission HQ this afternoon – what you have donated to us is absolutely amazing and ALL of it will go to disadvantaged children across Greater Manchester. We simply cannot do what we do without the support and kind donations of people like you and your colleagues and on behalf of the whole of the Cash for Kids team here at Key 103 – THANK YOU!”
