Bridgewater House , Manchester

Bridgewater House is a Grade II listed office development located in a prominent location on Whitworth Street within Manchester city centre.

In line with Ardmac’s vision to be ‘The Contractor of Choice’, Ardmac has worked in a collaborative manner with the client, Apam, on several projects in recent years. The project included the refurbishment of the reception area, the re-cladding of the existing entrance and a number of Cat A office fit-outs of various floor plates. This scheme was undertaken in a live environment which meant noise, dust control and health and safety were of the utmost importance.

Working alongside Savills (project managers), Cube Architecture (design) and BCM Consulting (services engineers), Ardmac delivered the project to the highest levels of quality.
