Ardmac was awarded the Cat B fit-out of the complete third floor of the office administration block in the new £92m state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Castleford, West Yorkshire.
Whilst working in a live environment Ardmac undertook a Cat B fit-out; special consideration was given to the acoustics and delivering the highest quality of works and finishes. The project was handed over on time and defects free.

Works included new partitions, glazed partitioning, ceilings, new floor finishes, bespoke joinery (storage/kitchen/auditorium seating), AV equipment, mechanical, electrical and new WC block including plumbing and sanitary ware.
