Linley House Live Project

Ardmac has worked with Castleforge Partners and their Clockwise ‘Flexible’ workspace brand on four previous projects and are delighted to have won the Cat A, B and C Linley House project, which was awarded under a JCT D&B contract.

Ardmac has appointed Fairhurst Design to complete Morley Smith’s RIBA Stage 2 design. The project includes major structural alterations to the external of the building together with the removal and installation of new curtain walling and the re-introduction of an ‘external walk through passage’ brought internally to the fit-out project to increase the NIA.

The beautifully designed fit-out works includes all new exposed services, superfast wifi, the introduction of a new staircase to link the reception to the café club space and a high end Cat A and B fit-out which encapsulates creative collaboration areas, wellbeing and breakout areas of various different types and sizes including meeting rooms and pods.
