Bupa, Marble Street

Following Ardmacs successful completion of Bupa’s office at Kirkstall Forge, we were awarded the fit-out of Marble Street, Manchester to form a new BUPA healthcare centre.

Working with Colliers Project Management, Lustedgreen Architects and MMA Engineers under a JCT Design & Build contract. The works were carried out within an occupied building and comprised six consultation rooms, an office, pathology laboratory, staff room, amenity areas, and a new bespoke reception area. New partitions, WC’s, flooring, ceiling, bespoke joinery items, kitchenette and acoustic treatments were also required.
