IVI Care Fertility Clinic

The project consisted of the complete fit-out of a satellite fertility clinic to undertake consultations and minor procedures. All new M&E services servicing the clinic and the ISO 8 cleanroom, and the reuse of existing services to the ancillary areas.

The new M&E including comfort cooling and heating, new domestic hot and cold water installation including a new Cat 5 boost and break tank and testing, commissioning and validation of the laboratory Grade D cleanroom. A new Air handling unit was installed which had its own integrated controls interfaced to the BMS. Wall mounted pressure stabilisers were installed to allow higher to lower pressure spaces. The air supplied to the rooms is a fundamental part of the air pressure cascade required to maintain cleanliness within the spaces served. All sanitary installed within the laboratory were to HTM-64 standards for the prevention of legionella and ease of cleaning.

All existing electrical and data systems, circuits and wiring were removed and new circuits to, small power, mechanical systems, BMS control cabling, intruder alarm, CCTV, and door access control installed.
