October 2019, Manchester: Ardmac, the leading International construction specialist has been awarded the fit-out of Royal London’s new office in Alderley Park, Nether Alderley, Cheshire.

The contract sees a high quality fit out of Royal London’s new Wilmslow office, in the prestigious Alderley Park. This exciting scheme, designed by BDP over five floors of Block 90, will entail a high spec Cat B fit out comprising an 86-seat auditorium within the central atrium, a full catering kitchen with restaurant and servery, plus bespoke office accommodation. The building will be home to over 1,200 employees once complete. Works are expected to handover in April 2020.

Following the announcement Phil Chadwick, Operations Director at Ardmac said “We are delighted to be working with Royal London on the fit out of their new office building at Alderley Park. The announcement follows Ardmac’s recent naming as ‘Commercial Refurbishment Project of the Year’ at the recent Insider North West Property Awards.
