Ardmac has been appointed by Threadneedle under a JCT intermediate form of contract, with contractor design portions, to carry out the fit-out of TP Bennett’s design to fully refurbish the seven-storey building in Leeds to a Cat A+ status.

The works include for the installation of all new MEP systems designed by Crookes Walker, and the complete refurbishment of the reception which will include Cat B and C breakout areas including a new business lounge, cellular offices and meeting pods.

A new fitness suite, bike storage, shower rooms and changing rooms will be installed in the basement.
