VistaMed

VistaMed designs, develops, and manufactures complex catheters and complementary medical devices supported by a state-of-the-art extrusion process. They recently expanded their manufacturing facilities in Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim, in response to increased demand in the export market for diverse braided catheter assemblies. The new facility includes a dedicated thermoplastic extrusion area.

Ardmac were contracted as the design and build contractor to deliver 2,000 square metres of new ISO 7 & 8 cleanrooms and 300 square metres of offices and support areas. The scope included full architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural packages as well as the coordination of the process installation.
