Ardmac proudly supported this year’s Construction Industry Federation campaign for Building Equality – We are Construction.
The campaign launched at the end of February and celebrated diversity within the construction sector and encourages women to continue to consider the construction industry as a career.
Our Head of Interiors, Sarah McDonnell featured in the launch of the campaign as part of a panel discussion on women in construction held on Newstalk.
The campaign will also see an event to celebrate equality. The event will be held on International Women’s Day March 6th, with our Head of Interiors Sarah McDonnell as a guest speaker.
The theme for International Women’s day 2020 is #EachforEqual. An equal world is an enabled world.
Ardmac have been supporters of the Building Equality campaign since its inception in 2006 and in 2019 signed up to the CIF Diversity & Inclusion charter, outlining our commitment to diversity across our organisation.
