Ardmac have recently completed the contract for a Cat A fit-out of the 85,000sq2, six storey, landmark building. Working alongside Project Managers, Savills and Architects, 5 Plus, work to transform the interior of 101 Barbirolli Square in Manchester city centre.
The project incorporated some structural elements involved in extending the entrance atrium, both in footprint and in height and introducing new curtain walling to the space.
The fit-out focuses on the use of high quality, simple finishes to create a very sophisticated, bespoke reception area. Careful consideration was given to the incumbent tenants, Price Waterhouse Cooper who are still inhabiting the building during the first phase.
Ardmac worked in an “invisible” way to them and their visitors by carrying out any noisy or disruptive works out of hours and maintaining a close working relationship with the Building Manager and PWC Representative to ensure they are not disrupted in any way by our works.
