Ardmac, the leading International construction specialist, were awarded the contract to commercially fit out the Dublin Head Hilti Office, a global recognised leading brand for the past 50 years in the construction industry, breaking the barriers in services and innovation for the construction sector.

The 1065m² refurbishment of Hilti’s Irish head office, based at Finglas in North Dublin, was completed by Ardmac in a fully operational environment across three floors of the building and included the relocation of the Hilti store on site.

The project began at the end of 2018 and was completed in three phases, with completion and handover in June 2019. The Ardmac project team worked in partnership with Hilti to develop the new fit out of the building and the design team was led by RC Design Services.

The project was shortlisted in 2019 for the Fit Out Awards, an industry awards that recognises excellence in fit out construction.
