Executives at SAGE, Europe’s second largest technology company, choose Ardmac to complete a full Cat A and B fit-out of their new offices in Central Park, Sandyford. Their vision for the new base in Dublin was a vibrant, multifunctional, open plan office environment for SAGE’s marketing and sales teams who support the company’s 1.8 million strong European client base.

The SAGE staff moved into the space on a phased basis, and part of the fit-out was completed while the premises were occupied. We completed the project ahead of schedule, and maintained our exacting high standards. Our team worked closely with the SAGE staff, helping to ensure a seamless early transition into their new home.

During the 14-week programme, across the ground floor and first floor, we created a sophisticated reception area, executive offices, innovative collaboration and breakout spaces, meeting rooms, and a games room.
